the coin is at least wiped, if not cleaned on the reverse, note the area under the eagle.

I dont think it would make 62. It may be AU-58.
(I can't tell if it is cleaned.)

i tried to point out some of the things showing the cleaning to be helpful to the less experienced eyes that may come across this thread. the circled area shows many hairlines while the arrows show the less dense areas with more noticable scratches all going in the same direction.
