1978-D Grqade Opinions

this might seem like a frivilous post - but I am sorting through a LOT of coin finds, (largely because. currently - I cannot even afford spare the small amout of money it takes to buy a new box of coins - to search for new finds.

i have posted this coin in the error and variety section - only because I found it to be a unique/interesting find.

i am cataloguing/labeling what I can - an would appreciated a grade opinion.

this coin has a die chip on the mint mark, and the "F" in the designers initials is completely obscured.

i think it is an "AU" grade, late die state, with a week strike.

opinions are appreciated..
