Can anybody tell me how to distinguish this coin between a PROOF and a regular business strike coin?

I've been searching all over and there just isn't that much information on Peace dollars (at least that I've come across so far). Please correct me if I'm wrong, but to me this coin looks very similar to the one that sold for $94,000 in 2014 at auction. http://coins.ha.com/itm/proof-peace...type=NGC1201

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Just an everyday business strike of one of the most common Peace dollars. Lacks the strike depth and clarity of a proof, even the low-relief satin version. Rims are wrong. Just Google something like "1922 Peace dollar Proof" for dozens of articles and pics.
