Hey guys, I am curious as to if this coin is a proof. PCGS didn't think so, but I have been told that they can make mistakes on early proofs from time to time. By the way the grade is MS62 BN. Thanks!

The stars don't match up to those on the proof dies, so I'll say no. I could me mis-informed, but I don't think this was struck from proof dies.
