Same as for your #1 coin, I'd say MS64 at least.

Again, keep in mind that somehow I happen to grade quite low based on pictures. Don't know why, must be something with my monitor screen.

Only major hit on this coin is right above the Native American's eye...
That being said, I feel it would still pull a MS-65
