Oh, did I forget to mention that it is Dutch?

Got this and a 1953 Decimo Balboa for $1.25 from the LCS. So you could say the Panamanian coin was sold for melt, and this was free. I gather from Krause (or NGC) that this is a decent date. Does it make VF, pushing it above melt?

Photos seem a little grainy, but I think I'd call it F15 or a good fine. Don't think it quite makes VF. Still, I'd stick it in a 2x2.

Please keep in mind that this coin has a diameter of about half an inch.

I say VF would do if you squint a bit. Otherwise I'd go for one grade lower.
