Where else? 191903080839Fools and their money are soon parted...I wish I had seen this one in time to report it. Some poor sucker is out $200. The auction house probably told him it's a fake so he disagreed and put It on ebay. The way that description reads is hilarious. Probably all lies or he's stuck on it being a rare one off and nobody could tell him differently. Too bad Bobby didn't see this in time

Fool is right. No sympathy at all for the buyer.

Come on, someone paid $200 for that - even with the description specifically mentioning that there were no CC mintmarks in the 20th century?
No sympathy indeed.

Not sure what's more amazing to me, the $200 or the fact there were 26 bids.

I have noticed that ebay prices on Mogans have no relationship to reality these days.

And to think the buyer can probably vote for the US president.

I think people are just upset, about other peoples auctions and items.. why get in others peoples business? You don't know if what they have is real or not.. so people just troll on others just because they don't have the piece.

Quote: Not sure what's more amazing to me, the $200 or the fact there were 26 bids. Something odd about the bidding on that piece. When the eventual winning bidder placed his first bid of $127.50 at 20:42:29 he became the high bidder. No one else bid against him after that point, but he placed 5 more bids over the next nine minutes. That should have increased his hidden max bid, but should not have increased the current high bid. Since no one else bid against him he should have won the auction at $127.50 not $200.
