I'm thinking of sending it to ICCS. What do you guys think? Large 4 variety? MS-62?

The coin is very difficult to photograph properly. It has a reddish shine to it that doesn't show up in the photos. It's also quite toned in some areas. The last photo is more realistic to what it actually looks like.

Don't know if the colours are off, but if that bluish green stuff is actually green, that's PVC (plastic residue) damage. I know PCGS is brutal on that, can't remember ICCS does or not.
Definitely Large 4! Much larger than all sample pictured I looked at.
Difficult to tell if Mintstate or not, since there's no lustre and possible light wear patches. If so its EF-45, If it's Mintstate it's a 63/64BN.
I'll probably get a lot of flak for my decision making but that's how I see it :)

Great die cracks too!

Hmmm...rim dings, pvc residue... MS60-62 My inexperienced opinion...Just taking a stab for what it's worth. With rim dings, from what I've seen ICCS, MS64 never. But then I haven't had many coins graded by them so what do I know.

The colours are definitely off in the photos. The blue/green patches are actually dark grey, possibly a tad dark blue. The coin has lustre. It resembles this coin below from PCGS as far as toning and lustre goes but the colour is more reddish/pink.
