I would say this would cross at AU53 problem free. I love the coin. See more luster on the full pic.

I think artificially toned, not retoned. The color and almost perfect evenness across the relief is not natural in my opinion. I just read a great website on toning. If you search monster toned Morgan silver dollars you could find it. Well worth the read.

Artificially toned not so appealing. If it were natural toning then quite appealing.
