It may just be split plating but the placement of it gives the impression of a weak D south and tilted.

Ya, it does kind of look like that but, there is nothing on coppercoins like it. I am thinking it might be a die gouge or die dent there under the D. We will see what the experts say.

Not sure about this one, doesn't look like split plating, it may be a die gouge or a minor rpm.

Maybe MD, but I wouldn't think it'd be angular, rather a shelf parimeter off the devices. Hmm?
