Well, thought I would show off a little, and post this1983 NC Five cent, I found in my change! I havn`t ever seen one before, how rare is this coin? Heres some pics!

If you found it in your change it is no longer NC.
The doubling is interesting and may fetch a couple of bucks if you can find an interested buyer.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

circulated for sure, NC, refers to its origin, I`m not expecting to "break the bank", I would only like more info, like, Has one ever been slabbed, or, anyone else have one, of any denomination, just curious.

Looks like MD to me. Note how the so called doubling is shelf like and reduces the size of the devices.

Machine Doubling is very common in PL sets with the 5-cent coins. You can find them from 1976 to 1992, without searching very hard... I sold on a bunch on ebay two years ago...
