Having Trouble Opening Webresizer For Photos Over 300kb

I have tried to open the webresizer to upload photos larger then 300kb the last 2 days so I can post serial number charts, and all I get is the above, along with a small spinning circle..

I relly don't want to use photobucket anymore as photos seem to disappear at a later date..

Could this be my laptop?

I just edited a 365KB pic with no problem. I think this happened a few times and clearing either cookies or cache fixed it.
