While waiting in line at the bank driveup window, I noticed a lady laying on the ground pulling weeds and grass from her brick sidewalk. I drove over and ask if I could metal detect the parlking area next week. Yes she says. So today, Sunday, I dropped by and directly out she comes in a hurry, seems she has lost a stone from her ring while cleaning the sidewalk, ask if I might search for it, explained that my detector would only locate metal objects, but she insisted that if I were to see something shiney I should investigate for her. Yes I would do that for her. Found 4 memorial and a 1979 Jefferson nickel. Lots of parking to cover and I will work on the lot as well. Webekin

It's actually a fair request - you ARE walking the site and paying attention anyway. More eyes cannot hurt. Think of it as crowdsourcing.

Good luck.
