Can anyone tell me what denomination, what year?, in particular what mint? and rough estimate on value? I've got a Westminster certificate with it but it doesn't detail any particular information on the coin.

Diameter 19mm.
Weight 2.5 grams.

Many thanks in advance! :)

It's a follis. Could be an SMNA mintmark(?)...Nicomedia (RIC VII 44)?...but I fear casting here based on the softness and graininess of the reverse. Hopefully my fears are unfounded. Curious to hear from others.

I doubt it is a casting. It is very difficult to cast a very thin flan such as this and hardly worth the effort.
More likely seriously corroded and harshly cleaned.
Radiate bust, common type IOVI CONSERVATORI (Zeus Saves !)
Mint mark SMN (Nicomedia) officina A.
based on size and weight a later issue (reduced) from around AD 320

I agree with FR, not a casting but a corroded and perhaps harshly cleaned coin. Worth a few dollars.
