Reply to silverwolf C'mon man. He's selling a $3,000 gold coin, and he doesn't have 20 seconds to scan or photo any of them. You must think NGC uses same serialized number for 4 coins. Also sold the same coin June 18th. 182164482355 for $960. They[NCIC] will be looking at all the other items sold, silver and gold.

It looks like the same holder to me. The guy seems to have plenty of positive feedback. I'm not sure why you think that's the same coin only re-holdered either because I'm pretty sure it isn't.

I just tried returning your call but couldn't get you on the phone. I think all of their listings are fine.

He's using the same picture in all the listings and shipping counterfeit slabs. This is a well known counterfeit slab readily available. I guaranty all the rookie cards he's sold are fake too.

Well I can't have listings removed if they use a photo of a genuine coin. I've never seen a counterfeit of that slab number. Do you have a photo of one?

I don't see them on the popular site any more, but I had two of them in my hand at the FUN show a few years ago.

If you could find a photo or example of one I could change the grade to CONTACT NGC CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I'd have to actually see it to do that.

In reply to Paul S. at NGC You are missing the whole point here hear. Are you blind and numb to the fact of what eye made point of. Quote:C'mon man. Sounds like any novice seller can submit duplicate photos, 4 duplicate serial numbers of so-called NGC certified Gold coins MS-70 worth $10,000.

I'm not quite sure how an ebay seller has anything at all to do with NGC as a company. The seller is using a legitimate photo of a genuine holder for his listing. It's possible he has multiple coins in that grade and didn't take photos of each one. I can't just go around reporting people's ebay listings on a hunch. It doesn't work that way. -Paul

Those are not images of a genuine holder and coin if you ask me. The ray running through the last two in the date is too short, which we've seen on other counterfeit US gold. ![Counterfeit-2002-$25-Gold-Eagles-NGC-70-[4]-Exact-Serial-#-Johbossina_0](https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/uploaded/bobby131313/20160720_s-l1600.jpg)

![Counterfeit-2002-$25-Gold-Eagles-NGC-70-[4]-Exact-Serial-#-Johbossina_0](https://s32.postimg.org/xj134exwl/image.jpg) It is clearly the same holder in the two photos. Look at where the label has raised up as well as the locations of the letters in relation to the background. And from what I can see the coin looks fine, but there's no way to compare it with the other photo at such an extreme angle. I don't see anything suspicious whatsoever. You guys were also claiming his 1996 Silver Eagles were fake, and I see no reason to think that either, sorry. Additionally, if you look at this sale, http://www.ebay.com/itm/VF-Walking-...ig_cvip=true you'll see him using a different cert number in the item specifics, meaning he's just using the photo as a stock photo. Lastly, if you search Golden State Coin's feedback, you'll see that an ebay buyer with 67 feedback bought this coin, proving to me that this seller positively owns that coin. -Paul
