Would like to hear opinions on whether this is real or fake. Not my coin so this is the only picture I have at present.

I'd vote fake. The entire coin looks "off". Look at the stars, the date, and "LIBERTY"

100% fake. LIBERTY is way too thick and mushy, the date font too small and thin.

Thanks, you all confirmed what I was thinking that it was a fake. I was especially concerned with the lettering in "LIBERTY".

As Larry David would say, bad - pretty pretty bad.

This sets new lows even for fakes.

It's most-assuredly an obvious fake, or a copy. It would be good to see the reverse, and see if the word "copy" is stamped anywhere.

As I said it is not my coin so I cannot show you the reverse. This is for sale on kijiji along with a bunch of others that look to be fake and fantasy coins. Here is the link http://www.kijiji.ca/v-art-collecti...ionFlag=true

The price obviously gives it away now but it was previously listed for offers when I fist made this post.

Every one of those is a fake. Most aren't even good ones.
