Charlton shows a mintage of 459,000 compared with millions in other years.CCN trends shows a value of $1.00 in F-12, you have to go back to the 40's to match that value for the grade.In several years of looking at every coin I get in change I have never seen one.I do have a couple that I bought on e-bay including one certified by ICCS in MS-64.
