I just saw this coin roll come up on ebay. Item number 112061900542. I had a question about the authenticity of the coins. Do all Indians have an L or is it just a certain year?

Not all, but yes the 1909 would have an L.
That should not be your biggest concern here. Most if not all rolls on ebay are setups. Don't assume for a minute that the center 48 coins will be in any way represented by the enders.
To be clear, I am not saying this seller nor this listing are bad. But, a word of caution to anyone who may be reading and doesn't know how this works.

The use of the L (for the designer Longacre) started part way through the year 1864.

Yeah, I've been looking at feedback to see what kind of coins have been found and they're not awful, but not good either. Just didn't know about the L. I can't spend that much on a roll right now, haha, as I'm just getting started and wouldn't know what I was getting. Once I figure out the grades and coins to look for, (and build up my collection) I might start being comfortable with more money! Thanks for the replies!

Would be like buying a car when all you can see is the hood.
