yep, this is a tough one. AU58 or possibly MS62. I'm leaning toward 62 as I'm not seeing any signs of circulation on the reverse at all. wing tips, eagle eagle neck and talons are all pristine. coins tend to display wear on both sides, if it was circulated you would see it on the high points on both sides

Most will say MS60, but this one is AU58.
