This particular nickel does seem to me to have only one water line. It isn't great, and I have looked for a nice BU example. I do have several gem examples with 2 water lines. These aren't expensive, but a nice one water line has not shown up for sale. I'll keep looking.

Yes that matches the One water line
It's listed in Zoell I believe
