Tried to identify this coin but without success. Also not really sure if it real or not.

The coin looks genuine to me, weights around the 3.7 grams and use to sit in a mount pendant. It looks like the person before tried to test it for silver with acid tester . You can see a bit brown dirt on the head side (this is not rust). I didn't want to clean it in-case..

I could manage to find that the head is of Arethusa and the other side is Hercules fighting the Nemean lion but thats it. I could not find this coin with the same design head and Hercules, Lion

Like I said. I'm not sure if its a real one because it looks in very good condition, but I could not find a similar coin with the same design and weight. I do know that if they make fakes they copy them exactly like the original?

If somebody have the catalog of this area and period, please any help is welcome

These were minted in gold. It copies the 100 litrai coin from Sicily, Syracuse. Sorry but it's a modern reproduction.
