Found this peace in a field in Poland. On this field was also found large number of Soviet and Nazi coins of 1940's.

My metal detector is showing 64, which would mean that it could be bronze.

Will appreciate any help.

Quick update. At the same time in the same place +/-20 metres away was found 5 pfening coin of 1939 and 1 pfening of 1806

I don't think it's numismatic. I know nothing about Russian WWII-era militaria, but my guess would be part of a bullet cartridge?
