Numismat Pillar of the Community United States 1666 Posts	Posted 08/02/2016 09:06 am It's RPD... re-punched die. Fairly common on Belgian and many other countries coins in that time period. It's just a correction of flaws that an inspector felt needed to be fixed. They did not bother eradicating the previous characters, just punched over them. Report this Post to the Staff
