there is know error a double 3
and 5 diffrent possible michaux's then there's 4 diffrent star positions yours is strong decending left

i think yours is 2A: tripple m with star 2

but there is nothing in my book about this combination with the double 3 maybe Petrus knows.or you will have to ask here

It's RPD... re-punched die. Fairly common on Belgian and many other countries coins in that time period. It's just a correction of flaws that an inspector felt needed to be fixed. They did not bother eradicating the previous characters, just punched over them.

Yes, I got answer from Petrus:

"In the belgian catalog Morin is this coin the M431d
that says : "the M of Michaux higher than the other letters"
value : 0,15-0,50-2,5-10 (euro)
All the version of 1932 French : mintage 5.520.000
These coins have indeed a lot of die cracks "
