pennypincher1 Valued Member Canada 67 Posts	Posted 08/05/2016 2:23 pm A good friend ventured down from Vancouver Island to California and was nice enough to bring me back a few rolls of your very expensive American coinage. 7 rolls on Nickels and 5 rolls of Quarters. Today I finished sorting the nickels and ended up with 7 new dates and a lot of upgrades condition wise. No 2009's were found you must be hoarding them all and the oldest was a 1947. I believe I have found 5 total in 5 1/2 months of searching. In contrast, I have found over 100 2009-Ds. CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! pennypincher1 Valued Member Canada 67 Posts	Posted 08/06/2016 12:35 pm Yesterday I couldn't help myself and started on the Quarters, the first four coins in the very first roll were new for my collection, I knew I was on a winner from this point on. The five rolls of Quarters gave me 31 new coins and 5 upgrades. To put icing on the cake the very last coin in the last roll was a keeper. It will be all up hill from know as I don't know of anybody who can afford to visit the USA at today's rates, so I will be left to glean the rolls of Canadian coins in the hopes that a nice American one will be new for my collection.
