Niagra is a country/region/city I'm not familiar with. this may explain the lack of answer to your question!

Under your name it says Canada, so I'll assume Niagara, Ontario. I'm very new to the hobby, myself, but I've found a couple stores aside one another here in Toronto (North of Queen on Spadina) if you find yourself that far afield. One is more about the bullion, the other more about collecting:

There are 3-4 in Buffalo ... at least there were 3-4 years ago, and then there are more than a handful in the Toronto area. Do an archive search here for those in the T.O. vicinity as I know that they have been discussed in the last few months.

There are 3 or 4 coin guys at Prudhommes Antiques at Jordan Station.

There is also Coins Unlimited in Welland.
They are on 150 Thorold Road.
