That has to be a poster child candidate to be submitted for conservation to PCGS. As it currently looks, real or not, I'd definitely pass on it.
That said, it doesn't look real to me. The denticles just look way off, and it still doesn't look MS to me either, but I accept that could change with an in-hand viewing.
