I see corrosion and there's scratches on the plastic. I'm not sure if the plastic was clouded or s weak, uneven strike on the middle right of the reverse.,

Fairly certain that ICCS will not call out this type of striking error on their assessment.
Has anyone seen otherwise?

For Canadian decimal the only coin that comes to mind that is somewhat recognized is the 1964 Dollar - no dot (a dot missing after the 'T' in Thomas Shingles' initials). No where near the popularity (i.e. $$$) of the US 1922 Lincoln Cent with 'weak D' and 'no D' strike-through variations.

For there to be some premium for Canadian I think the design element (e.g. a letter or digit) has to be completely missing (sorry if this has become more of a 'Canadian Variety and Error Coins, Bank Notes, Paper Money' forum response).

The 1974 Missing S 50-cent is another one that ICCS will certify.
