I am not a coin investor, but I felt it would be fun to have a coin which really appreciated in value. My budget would not allow me to buy any other spouse coins. Way too expensive for me. Before the "explosion" I had bought two .999 $50.00 gold Buffalo's.....the $50.00 Gold Eagles, a gold Spouse coin.......and other gold coins.... Of the 64 or so Spouses to be honored in the 16 year program....I'll just have my Dolley Madison (and yes I jumped when gold was flying---before it got worse---cause I just wanted "one", but of course....paid too much on that one!) BUT THAT'S DONE NOW !... NO MORE FOR ME ! ....NOT AT THESE PRICES ! ........ MERCY ME !... Edited by eaglefoot 03/04/2008 08:37 am Report this Post to the Staff
