It's either Pat or Pam Shriver.

Pat, of the Kennedy clan
Pam, of Olympic tennis fame

Incidentally, Eunice Kennedy Shriver is one of only a handful of living people to have ever been featured on a US coin. Her sister(and JFK's) Rosemary was lobotomized at a young age and institutionalized for the rest of her life. This was the impetus for founding the Special Olympics.

I've never seen an ugly coin ! Some I like better than others of course, but nope....never seen an ugly one.
By the way.....any "ugly" coins that no one wants.....I'd be happy to take them off of your hands ! I'll give my name and address to those willing to send em' ....any and all !
