Picked this up with a few coins from a garage sale.....weighs 5.01 grams and is the same design on both sides. Plain edge, 25mm diameter. Any ideas?

Reminds me of a Pachinko token, they have all kind of strange designs and some with no writing at all or it could be a arcade token with just the logo for the arcade or game maker on it.
