It can be a barbarous copy. Sometimes, the head is to big and there is no much place for a legend .It looks a radiate from the second half of the 3th century .
On my Teticus I coin , there is only an impression of the legend on the obverse .The reverse is better , but the proportions between legend and image are bad. The diecutter had often not many experience , had to copy from another coin and was often illiterate.I can not see it very well , but between 10 and 11 h , there are maybe some remnants of letters?
