to CCF. It is a Dryer Coin.Not an error. It got stuck in a commercial clothes dryer.

Your coin is dated 1985, not 1953. Your coin has also been damaged, not an error. The repeated tumbling and banging action against the steel drum of a dryer folds the rim inward, creating a thicker rim but also shrinking the diameter.
