I am writing an e book on investing in Silver and Gold and need some input.

I know what my challenges were when I first started investing in Silver and Gold but I not sure if my challenges were typical.

I would appreciate hearing what were the main challenges were that others faced and how you over came them.

Thanks in advance for your input!

Regards,

Nyrik

It would be great if you could share some of your challenges with us, also to get a better understanding of the direction in which you're thinking. Anyway, as long as you share the royalties with me, here's some input:

I think the main challenge is the enormous amount of fake precious metals around on the market. Especially our friend Goldflake is reporting lots of it in the PM forums. And the trouble is that fake PM (and fake coins) are getting of 'better' quality, as in: more difficult to distinguish from the real deal.

Some of the challenges:

1. China is becoming better at making fake coins, slabs and labels so one must be careful when buying anything.

2. For most people money is an issue. Are you prepared to have thousands of dollars of precious metals lying around the house and not having to sell them off in a fire sale?

3. If you are single, be careful of the women you invite to your home. Next thing you know, after a night of pleasure, your Golden Eagles are gone.

4. The next logical challenge is finding a safe place to store your bullion.

5. Figuring out if you want to buy many different products of the same metal or just a few.

6. Obviously, budgeting properly.
