Caligula and Claudius Denarii won't be in my collection for a longggg time

So I decided to pick them up in bronze for now...many of you may of seen my Caligula As. posted very recently in the forum below. It took me about a month to clean it up and I enjoyed the process (shoutout FVRIVS RVFVS) so I decided to pick up an As. of his uncle Claudius as my next little project.

Forum about Caligula cleaning:

The detail on my new Claudius purchase seems to be OK. but at that price, why not. (I think both of these examples may be spanish mint?)

Let me know what you think!

Very definitely of Spanish mintage. The style is distinct.
I see good possibilities with this one although the picture quality makes the determination more difficult.
I see my two favorite colors ....... Green and black !
Only time will tell once you can remove more of the tan colored 'dirt'.
Go slow and I think you will be happy.
You can't go wrong collecting better quality Julio-Claudians. They are always desirable and can be used later for trade or sale to ........ BUY MORE !!!!

I like the desert patina on the Claudius, nice appeal. Great price too.
