Couple of varieties of 1719 Farthings with different sized 9 digits in the date.

That's an attractive bit of original lustre showing on the 'normal' 9 coin. What appears to be wear in the central area I would suggest is more likely the result of a soft strike as parts of the design peripheral to the 'wear' remain well detailed.

Thanks Hogarth! I find that a lot of the George I issues (farthings and halfpennies) suffer from strike weakness. The portrait relief is very high, which is really nice when fully struck up.
