The packaging says Aunc scribbled on it I would like to know a more precise opinion on its grade upon researching previous selling prices at auctions all with grades at around MS61 - MS63

Hard to grade from those images But if the coin is AUnc then it isn't a MS or Mint State coin.
If there is any wear on this coin then it could be graded anywhere from XF to AU
Also if the coin has been cleaned then it will be graded as a "details" coin, so cleaning it is NOT a good idea.

It's not really possible to grade your coin from the image you have provided but the 1931 Perth sovereign is only a bullion coin if not in mint state. I'd think MS63 would be the lowest grade you'd consider before getting it professionally graded.
