The Syracuse decadrachm with the Arethusa obverse and quadriga reverse is among the most commonly faked coins. Yours is a particularly beautiful copy, imo. This type was only struck in silver and if real would be over $100K. You piece is a copy made into a piece of jewelry. If real gold it would be would it's gold content value.
