I am making again an appeal to the wise guys of the forum asking for help.Recently I found this " small family happy family " 1993, 2 Rupees , Indian coin ( in the same bag with the last Colombian coins with errors that I published recently and others that I will publish in the future ) My initial evaluation was a clash , but my problem is that the strange shape in the obverse doesn't look like any device on the reverse of this coin .Could be a clash ghost ?...maybe this is a fake coin ?...another thing ?
Thanks again in advance !

Normal Coin must look like this :

I am not familiar with the series, however the coin looks either to be a bad cast copy (?) or perhaps it was struck on a planchet with issues. or lastly it could be die deteriation/die wear.

it also looks like there is an issue with the rim at 3 o'clock, on both sides of the coin.

In view of the possibility that it may be counterfeit, it's weight should certainly be checked. Check for ring tone against a known genuine 2 Rupees if possible.

Surface texture appears to be a bit 'greasy'.
