Congrats on acquiring such an exceptional example of this medal! Excellent surfaces, great color - an outstanding state of preservation!
Its value will be dependent on finding the correct collector. Find one who specializes in Pennsylvania historical commemorative medals (who understands the medal's scarcity and quality) and your piece could easily bring hundreds of dollars. I certainly wouldn't try to sell to a local coin dealer who does not appreciate medals.
Just FYI.There are many medals that are not included in the H&K book that meet the specifications the authors set for so-called dollars. They included the medals they were aware of, but certainly didn't know about everything that had been issued up to the time of the book's publication.
