Looks interesting rocky. What is the diameter of the mounting threads? Can you give any other views of it?

its ok ray I found a way to mount it. its not solid. but here is a photo I took with this lens. I found out quite a bite about this German printer lens. it was designed to print colour prints 11 x 14 inches. there was 2 lens mounted in uni some. they worked together in this printer. here is a photo an a crop no editing. ray I got both lens. I have the mate that worked with this lens. I picked these up today in the USA. I will find a way to get the lens more solid.

these images were all taken with the lens. identified as the E lens. the G lens is slightly different. it has a little smaller aperture. the glass is a little different. but these 2 lens worked together. I will take some photos tomorrow with the G lens for a comparison.

Looks really good rocky! How much working distance do you have to the coin?

yes ray it was 16 inches from the base to the lens. to get a 39mm coin at 1 to 1 aspect ratio.very little extension on the bellows. the extension measures 43mm on the bellows.
