This is not a coin. The left-side picture is a replica of the Aztec Sun Stone, a stone calendar disc. THe image on the reverse is the Mexican eagle-on-cactus-eating-snake symbol, similar to the design found on most Mexican coins, but not the same.
It was presumably made as a piece of jewellery and sold as a souvenir in Mexico.
