I do not think it is DDO-001.

After looking at the photos you have posted and comparing them to coppercoins 1DO-001, I wonder if you meant could it be that one rather than DDO-001.
I don't think it is 1DO-001 either.

Can you post a clearer image of the date?
It is difficult to know from the images you have posted. If these were the only images I could see, I would have to say no, it's not a doubled die variety.
The 4 and the tail of the 9 look interesting, but the images just aren't clear enough.
