I got this in pocket change the other day and with the naked eye it looks like it's a 1983 loonie...kinda like what you see in the first photo. I know 1983 isn't possible cause they didn't start till a few years later so what's going on I wondered. I took pics and the closer I zoomed the more it looked like PMD to me. I don't have enough experience to say it's PMD for sure so I'll await the collective verdict before I spend or save...

Looks like it's good for part of a coffee anyway lol, very typical of these loonies being beat up by circulation.

Yes...still worth a buck...unlike my truck which was instantly worth less the instant I signed the check lol...thanks guys...I'm gonna give to the Tim Horton guy and tell him it's rare and see if it shows up in here again..
