It weighs 11,83 gs. with 32.2 mm in diameter, 2mm. in thickness and it appears to be made of copper or bronze. On the one side there are four characters but on the other side it has unrecognizable images to me.
Any idea what is it?

Cash-style coins with pictures on one or both sides are (with a couple of rare and well-publicised exceptions) always charms, rather than actual coins.

Charms are classified by what they show on both sides. This one is "4-character obverse, pictorial reverse". Here's the zeno.ru page for this subcategory.
