Does anyone have any insight into this Royal Canadian Mint packaged set of nickel dollars? They look like BU minted coins but in RCM packaging

I own the same thing....5 1968 dollars in what appears to be RCM piloform.....sorry, can't add much else. It was probably a marketing campaign to introduce the Nickel version beginning in 1968 after "they" debased our coins. Probably an over produced year, with about 5,600,000 produced in 1968, with each year afterwards showing fewer minted.

They are BU strikes. The 1969 ones in pliofilm are PL. I've seen these being sold at an antique market but I don't know anything else about them.
