echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 10/27/2016 08:13 am Your first coin appear to be an Antoninianus of Philip I (the Arab), obverse legend: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG. The reverse image is too small to tell what it is. The bust strike is fairly good, but the lettering is broken and weak, I have some doubts about this coin. The obverse image on your second coin is too small to tell who it is, will need a larger image. Coin three is also Philip I, this one looks good. Report this Post to the Staff

I agree with Echizento--1 and 3 are antoninianii of Philip the Arab. Second one we need a clear picture of the obverse--could be Gordian III or Philip the Arab. Fourth is a Republican denarius. I've got a few bronzes from him and their real it's just these ones that bugged me that's all. Anyway thanks for your Everyone Also I kind of like the Gordian the 3rd ones I wish he reigned a bit longer he was one of the good ones. It's like Game of Thrones the Roman way.
