Weak Obverse Strike On 1982 Lincoln Penny?

Kai NeSmith New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 10/30/2016 10:47 am I recently found a unique coin. It seems to be a weak strike only on the obverse of a 1982 Lincoln Penny. Am I right?
