When you have too much glare you can use a lower watt bulb or one or two pieces of paper in front of the bulb you are using. When the picture is blurred it usually indicates "hand shake", the photographer's term for movement at the time the picture is taken. You should brace yourself against something when you snap the picture.
Good pictures are important for diagnostics, attributions, etc. Experiment some, take several pictures, and post the ones that show the coin most accurately. You can do it if you try.
