Picked this up at the LCS. He got it in a bulk round art bar buy from a dealer. I liked the art work on it.

The text in the top picture actually means "independence, democracy, sovereignity".

It is slightly interesting to me that it was minted by a US private mint, and the excess is sold as bulk no choice silver rounds in the US. Thanks to all

It is? I'm seeing the Moscow mintmark just right of "1 oz", though the image isn't good enough to be sure I'm not mistaking it for something similar.
