Quietus and Macrianus were Roman consuls and brothers who attempted to seize the throne in the chaos that ensued in the aftermath of Valerian's capture by Shapur I. Gallienus was too busy in the west to respond immediately. Macrianus marched west in 260 to meet Gallienus and secure the throne, but his army was defeated. Not long after, Quietus lost his holdings due to the rise of the Palmyrene empire, and was killed during the siege of Emesa.

The coins are a bit rough, but I have dealt with this seller before with no issues.
